2026 Leadership Retreat
We are heading to the beautiful El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico from December 3-6, 2026. Designed directly around your feedback, this retreat focuses on advanced leadership training, personal growth, and professional development. While attendance is optional, we highly encourage you to join us for this unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and recharge.

Location & Travel
We will stay at the spectacular El Conquistador Resort in Las Croabas, Puerto Rico
Nearest Airport: San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU)
Travel Note: U.S. citizens do not require a passport to travel to Puerto Rico; however, a valid photo REAL ID is required for air travel.
Registration & Lodging Details
- Registration Fee: $250 per Brother. There will be no on-site registration
- Registration Deadline: Event Sell Out or November 16, 2026*
- Room Options: $299 ($249 + $50 resort fee)/night + applicable taxes for King or Double occupancy
