Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference Planning Team is excited to announce several enhancements for this year’s Conference\, which will be proudly hosted by the Hattiesburg (MS) Alumni and Kappa Iota.\nAs we approach this meaningful weekend\, the format is designed to maximize your experience\, deepen your leadership knowledge\, and foster meaningful engagement.\n—\nWhat To Expect:\nDynamic Panel Discussions\nGain invaluable insights from respected professionals across Hattiesburg’s business and civic communities.\nThese engaging sessions will tie into our fraternity’s guiding principles while equipping attendees with actionable knowledge.\nExpanded Training Opportunities\nRemaining true to our mission of “Training for Leadership\,” the conference will offer targeted workshops for brothers at all levels.\nStay tuned—our full workshop schedule will be released soon!\nEnhanced Officer Training\nEffective chapter leadership remains vital to our success. Officer-specific training will be offered in person\, with online modules forthcoming to provide additional flexibility. Workshops will be developed and produced by Grand Chapter for the following officers:\n· Polemarch\n· Keeper of Records\n· Keeper of Exchequer\n  As part of the chapter certification process\, the following officers must be registered for the Conference:\n· Polemarch\n· Vice Polemarch\n· Keeper of Records\n· Keeper of Exchequer\n· Membership Training Academy Chairman\n· Chapter Advisor\n—\nSpecial Registration Notes:\n· New Initiates (Fall 2024 and Spring 2025): Please select the Pre-Paid registration option as it was included in your MTA fees.
